Mandatory Registration: Every accepted paper (for both the main conference and workshops) must have at least one author registered under an Author Registration by the specified deadline in September 30 AOE.
Multi-Paper Policy: One standard Author/Full Registration covers only one paper. If you have multiple accepted papers across these tracks, each paper requires a separate Full Registration.
Account Creation Limitation: Please note that each email address can only be used to create one account and register for one paper. To register a second paper, you must create a new account using a different email address.

Registration Includes: All Registration Fees include access to the conference sessions, conference materials, lunches & coffee breaks & reception & banquet.

Status Verification: To qualify for the Student Registration rate, applicants must provide official evidence of their valid student status. This includes a written confirmation letter signed by both your supervisor and the head of your department or school.

Cancellation, Refund, and No-Show Policies:
Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable to registrations that are not affiliated with any accepted paper. Registrations tied to an accepted paper are strictly non-refundable.
Request Deadline: To request a refund, a formal cancellation application bearing your institution’s official stamp must be emailed to the registration team at icdm2026@iccmacao.com no later than September 30, 2026 (AoE). No refund requests will be accepted after this date.
Refund Rate: Non-Author Registration: Before September 30, 2026, 70% refund. After September 30, 2026, non-refundable.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed about 4 weeks after the conclusion of the conference.

In-Person Attendance Policy:

· Mandatory On-Site Presentation: ICDM 2026 will be held fully in person. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work on-site to ensure its inclusion in the conference proceedings and program.

· Exceptions: If you are genuinely unable to attend due to unavoidable and documented circumstances (such as a visa rejection), you must notify the organizing committee immediately and provide a pre-recorded presentation as instructed.
